Alberto Gonzales ignores the Presidential Records Act

White House officials are required to keep and preserve all official government communications. 88 White House officials have been named by the Committee of Oversight and Government Reform for using parallel email accounts to circumvent the Presidential Records Act. Alberto Gonzales knew officials were using Republican National Committee email accounts for official communications, eluding the Presidential Records Act, and chose to do nothing about it.

Thank Karl Rove's PA for bringing this issue to the public's attention, "I now have a RNC BlackBerry which you can use to email me at any time. No security issues like my WH email."
